Triple S Solutions supplies the S-3000 Internal Door Quick Opening Closure from Stark Solutions, engineered for secure, repeatable access in pipeline and pressure vessel applications.
Manufactured in diameters from 6 inch to 84 inch, the S-3000 utilizes a proven sliding locking ring design that securely latches the door into the outer hub when expanded to the closed position. Durable actuating components are built to withstand long term field operation in demanding environments. For threaded closure applications see the Stark S-500, or for clamp ring designs see the Stark S-2000.
Available with O-Ring or Lipseal configurations, the S-3000 provides dependable sealing performance across a broad range of sizes and pressure series.

The S-3000 is available in multiple pressure series, including Series 150, 300, and 600, with Maximum Allowable Working Pressures up to 1480 PSI depending on size and design factor. This allows flexibility across a variety of pipeline and pressure vessel applications.
Certified to Recognized Industry Standards
Closures are certified to ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, CSA Z662 Category I, and ASME Section VIII Division 1. Pressure Alert Valve is designed per UG-35.2 of ASME BPVC VIII Division 1, and materials are NACE MR0175 compliant.
Proven Sealing Performance
Depending on size and pressure rating, the S-3000 utilizes either an O-Ring or Lipseal configuration. O-Ring designs include a Viton O-Ring as standard and are designed to provide positive sealing, protection from light wear and corrosion, and cost efficiency.
Designed for Demanding Operating Conditions
Rated for operating temperatures from -50°F to +400°F, the S-3000 is built for long term service in harsh field environments. Maximum test pressure is 1.5 times design pressure, ensuring confidence during commissioning and operation.
