SHUT-OFF PIG VALVE
The Shut-Off Pig Valve is a trunnion mounted ball valve engineered to launch and receive pipeline pigs while maintaining positive isolation of flow. Designed in accordance with API 6D and ASME B16.34, it delivers safer, more efficient pigging operations with a reduced footprint compared to traditional barrel and trap systems.

- Emergency sealant injection port
- Xylan coated ACME threaded entry cap for ease of operation
Sizes & Pressure Ratings
- Sizes 2 inch through 16 inch standard, larger upon request
- ASME Class 150 through 1500
- Pressure testing in accordance with API 6D and API 598
- Temperature range minus 50°F to 400°F depending on materials
- Available in RF and RTJ end connections
