Geothermal Gate Valves
Triple S Solutions supplies SCV Valve Geothermal Gate Valves engineered specifically for geothermal power applications where high heat, pressure, and corrosive process fluids demand precision and durability. For standard pipeline gate valve applications see our SCV thru conduit gate valves.
Designed for use in dry steam, flash steam, and binary cycle geothermal plants, SCV’s thru conduit slab and expanding gate valves and wedge gate valves are manufactured from materials that resist silica scaling, process impurities, high pressures, and extreme temperatures exceeding 700°F (371°C).

Performance Advantages
High Temperature Service
The SCV Geothermal Valve Line has been proven to operate efficiently at temperatures well above required specifications, exceeding 700°F (371°C), while maintaining minimal pressure loss.
Resistance to Silica Scaling and Process Impurities
Materials are specifically selected to withstand the inherent impurities found in geothermal fluids and gases, reducing risk of build-up, leakage, and premature valve failure.
High Pressure Capability
Available in Class 150 through 900, these valves are built to perform in high pressure geothermal production and injection systems.
Designed for Critical Geothermal Applications
Used in production wells, processing systems, and injection wells, these valves support the controlled capture and processing of high heat, pressurized geothermal energy.
