Performance Advantages
Pressure up to 6000 WOG
Models are available in 2000, 3000, and 6000 WOG ratings, as well as ASME Class 800 and 1500. Pressure temperature charts in the data sheet outline performance ranges based on seat materials including PTFE, RTFE, Delrin, and PEEK.
Multiple Body Constructions
One piece bar stock and investment cast bodies, two piece seal welded designs, and three piece forged constructions allow selection based on pressure class, service conditions, and maintenance requirements.
Threaded & Welded End Connections
End connections include NPT threaded per ASME B1.20.1, socket weld per ASME B16.11, and butt weld per ASME B16.9, supporting integration into a variety of piping systems.
Material Flexibility
Standard body materials include carbon steel and stainless steel options such as A105N, A216 WCB, A351 CF8M, and forged F316. Seat materials include RTFE, PTFE, Delrin, and PEEK depending on pressure class and model.
